Ive been thinking about writing this review for sometime. The pastries and cakes are amazing and I would love to recommend everyone try them, but the behavior of the staff is something concerning. About one month ago, I witnessed a white man, whom I assume must've been a manager or supervisor, berate a young woman of color in front of myself and other customers. I felt awful for the young lady, considering how embarrassing that mightve been for her. I thought it to be a one time problem, and continued my patronage. However, as of late, ive noticed other issues with the higher-ups and how they treat those beneath them. Ive witnessed a white woman, who i again assume is the manager on shift, glaring, scowling or looking overall annoyed towards the staff who are people of color, but not those who are white. Pairing these issues with the major one I listed previously, I will no longer continue to support a business that is racist, especially in the year 2026. Even if there is not a discrimination issue present, its very clear management, supervisors, and even owners of the establishment do not treat their staff how they should. They have everything you could want. Good produce, deli counter, prepared foods, bakery area for cakes and other goodies. They have a nice selection of wines, and have wine nights. Along with their Art of Bread and their meats. They also do catering. Yes some items will be pricier than a grocery store, but worth it. One stop shopping for fresh items. Check out their website and see what is on sale each week.

I've been going here for years to purchase produce. Today I purchased something from the hot cooked meal section. I loved the pizza slice and it was a nice size for a $1.99. They have all kinds of cheese and I was able to find one of my favorites. They also have really good ready mde salad and sandwiches. I love the wrap sandwiches and the salad are great too. I noticed that they also sell hot soup, I didn't get any but I plan to try the seafood gumbo on my next visit. They also have a bakery with fresh baked goods. I plan on trying one of them on my next visit too. They also have a meat market in the shop across from them. I've heard get things about the quality of their meat so I will plan to stop in there the next time I'm in the area. They staff is helping and very nice. So if you are ever in the area stop by and check them out

Visited Joe’s Market and thought the place looked gorgeous. Overall it was a sight for sore eyes, I bought some frozenvegetables and also got some seasoning from a brand that is woman-owned and made in Michigan. Red Hot’s Chili Seasoningis a delicious and spicy addition that goes with any meal. It tastes great and is a woman-owned business I highly encourage you to support first chance you get. It can be found at Joes Market place. I would have loved to buy some of their seafood products but I was short on cash so I purchased what I could. It looks great, the store was very tranquil and looked amazing. I wish my house were just as beautiful as Joe’s Produce Market. Allah SWT willing it can be one day.

Ordered a chocolate mousse cake for the my Christmas dinner. The ribbon wrapped cake was beautiful until the ribbon and plastic wrap was removed. The mousse didn't go all the way to the edges and the bottom cake layer was missing a huge chunk of cake. Dissapointing, but it still tasted great.
